Systems are designed to suit your specific site location and types of vehicles to be cleaned, removing dirt and solids from inside and outside of tyres and wheels and the lower sections of the body and chassis. This is achieved by use of specially positioned spray nozzles typically fed by 250 gpm of water at 120 psi.
Water can either go to waste or be recycled into settlement lagoons. As some water from cleaning may be contaminated by suspended solids, oil or fuel, it should ideally be recycled rather than drained into watercourses.
Our most popular Wheel Wash drive through ramp is 3.5 metre wide x 4 metres long, complete with 'massage' grids to dislodge stubborn debris from between the truck tyres. Spray bars are located under the path of the tyres, horizontally and vertically, ensuring optimum cleaning results.
